helpful staff easy breakfast
The staff was friendly and helpful when i needed assistance. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, it made mornings easy. The hotel is located within a reasonable distance to main attractions. Taxis were readily available just outside the entrance, very practical.
The pool had limited hours. It closed earlier than i expected. This restriction prevented me from using this amenity after my afternoon excursions. I think a later closing time would improve this.

The room had a/c that worked well and i am grateful for that. Curtains, blinds and a shutter helped keep the heat out. New towels were provided daily, this ensured i always had fresh linens. The bed was comfortable too.

the hotel is near the train station. this made it easy for transportation. taxis were always available outside the hotel. getting around was simple.
the wifi was not high speed. it did not work most of the time. rooms seemed old and a little dirty. i witnessed a discussion between a customer and the front desk about a dirty room.

The breakfast buffet offered GOOD variety. The staff proved quite friendly and helpful. I also found the room to be spacious and it included a balcony.

The location proved convenient with menara mall a short walk away. i appreciated the staff's cute attitude. the breakfast included a decent selection of items, which gave a good start to the day. i found the airport accessible. A quick taxi ride got me there.

friendly staff swimming pool electric shutters
The staff were very friendly. They treated me like family. Hasna, one of the staff members, was a great help to us. The swimming pool provided a nice area for relaxation with great seating. My room included electric shutters, a balcony, and a nice-sized bed. It was also kept clean . I would stay here again without hesitation!
